Credit Risk Analyst➢ Maintain strong credit management position, minimizing risk while supporting IBM's revenue, profit and cash flow growth objectives➢ Establish client relationships with all cross-functional partners. Serve as a Trusted Business Advisor by providing advice and counsel via open dialogue and actively seeking optimal solutions➢ Improve effectiveness of credit analysis through self-study➢ Drive hands-free decision making rate➢ Execute consistency in credit processes with the WW Credit Guidelines➢ Contribute to the successful deployment of 2012 Credit Initiatives; "Education - improve credit personnel skills"➢ Maintain the Credit turnaround commitments - Take actions on 90% of credit requests within 2 work days from receipt of request and complete 98% of credit requests within 5 work days of receipt of request➢ Complete Integrity Training & Education with zero tolerance on IBM Business Conduct Guidelines violations
