In order to better understand the process of blind research projects, I enrolled myself in a study of human consumption and sleep habits with rigorous time and record keeping. During this role, I grew in my understanding of research processes and analyzed the data extracted from my tracking and information records to establish a thorough grasp of both sides of data collection in human subjects research.
