We oversee the rotation and relief of international seafarers, supported by a network of 22 global agencies across Asia and Europe.We optimize crew rotations by aligning these with vessel itineraries to reduce travel costs and improve fleet utilization. Additionally, I track KPIs for all agencies to monitor deviations and remain agile in adjusting manning allocations based on changing business needs, ensuring we adapt quickly to evolving operational requirements.I thrive on challenges and love finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
