I am a fashion designer with 10 years of industry experience. I graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2010 with a BFA, having created a Children's Wear thesis collection. I began designing both Girl's & Boy's wear, starting as an Assistant Designer at Kmart. I have experience in the Licensing world, having worked for Hybrid Apparel, designing Boys wear. I have since moved to the Bay area and worked as a Men's wear designer for Sears/Kmart. I designed the Outdoor Life brand, developing outdoor performance & lifestyle product. I am always interested in developing my skills and learning new categories & divisions of the fashion industry. I am currently working at Stonemountain & Daughter in Berkeley, an iconic fabric store that has been in business for 38 years.On a personal note, I am an avid crafter, embroiderer, and vintage collector. I have a small business creating embroidery hoop wall hangings called Stitch Studies. I love mixing retro patterns and LGBTQ verbiage and themes to make beautiful home decor. I collect vintage children's & women's clothing specializing in the Mid-century time period. I also collect fabrics and antique sewing supplies & notions.
