Remodeling can be scary for any home owner but with the right person who is equal parts knowledgeable and honest, that can make even the most intimidating of projects, a walk in the park. Based in the Chicagoland Metropolitan Area, I earned my Bachelor's of Science degree in Interior Design from Olivet Nazarene University with a minor in Business. I began my design career by interning with T A Design in Bourbonnais for two semesters and upon graduation in 2014, accepted a full time position at Philbin Construction and Remodeling as a project manager. I have since overseen 76+ major and minor interior remodels. By managing a remodel, I estimate it, contract it, order and procure the materials as necessary, communicate with the installers our plan of action until completion, while also walking the home owner through the course of the remodel.I have experience in AutoCAD and Google Sketchup, but Chief Architect is my software of choice for floor plans and renderings. I am proficient in ProEst, Microsoft Office Programs, and digital/social media marketing. I strive for excellence in not only my work, but in the work and products of others (i.e. subcontractors, suppliers, installers, building materials). Seeing the happiness on my clients' faces with their remodeled space is one of my greatest joys. It's why I believe in continued studies and furthering my abilities and knowledge so that I can always give my clients, my best.
