About Anna-Lena Welch (Wright)
Together with my husband Simon we run a dairy farming share-miking business across two farms employing 4 full time staff and 1 part time team member.Our share-milking business has been in operation since 2018 and in February 2020 I finished work at Fonterra to go on maternity leave. We now have 2 young children and have purchased our own dairy farm in the Waikato. We are downsizing the scale of our business on the 1st June 2023 from 850 cows to 280 cows with 1 full time team member.
