She advised during the process of privatisation of National Treasury companies and participated in drawing up legal analyses of many commercial entities, including National Treasury companies, such as KGHM Polska Miedz S.A., Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., Bank Pekao S.A.Acting on the side of national administration, she participated in the introduction of first foreign firms onto the Polish market in the year 1990-1991.Throughout all the years of my professional career, cooperated with foreign entities, gaining thorough experience within the scope of legal counselling in investment operations of foreign entities in Poland.She participated in creation of the Polish-Israeli Chamber of Commerce. Since August 2016 she became the President of Polish-Israeli Chamber of Commerce (managing partner).She has immense experience in telecommunications law; participated in giving legal opinion on and negotiating agreements of acquisition of specialized telecommunication systems and devices for the largest operator in the telecommunications sector in Poland. Presently, she provides legal opinions on and negotiates terms of framework agreements to render specialized telecommunications services for Clients. She is an expert within the scope of legal aspects of trading in real property and the construction process. Moreover, specializes in preparing, giving opinion on and negotiating agreements connected with financing of investment projects, including loan agreements and security agreements.As a moderator and a lecturer, she participates in domestic and international symposiums and conferences on real property law.
