In my work Im developing conscious management through the systematic introduction, both in strategic and current activities, of new communication technologies for personnel development and system thinking using coaching tools, reflexive practices, supervision for system interaction within the Business function, laying the foundations for creating a formalized "wheel of competencies" of managers. Implemented an Efficiency Improvement Program that allowed staff to be optimized by 3 times, and productivity to be increased by 4.5 times.
