As the Executive Director of Algonquin Sports grew a grassroots, sports based youth development program. While we started with 100 young players a year during my tenure, we grew to serve over 3,500 students annually increased our budget 300%, and expanded where we served and what program we provided. I managed a part time staff of over 100 coaches, Ameri-corp members, and a full time team of 3 people. Through our strategic planning progress we were able to grow the board and increase our revenue streams.
