Responsible for wide range of HR-related activities (except recruitment and administration) in accordance to global practices of the company and regional features. Managing a team of 6 specialists.Involved into customer-faced HR consulting.

- HR-projects coordination (assessment, non-financial stimulation, satisfaction survey); - Recruitment from middle specialists to middle managers;- Responsible for onboarding procedures and maintaining newcomers during adaptation period;- Mentoring of HR-assistants; Until 2007 fully responsible for administration HR-related documentation according to labor law and T&D activities.
