Advised on various real estate legal matters in connection with retail, international trade, production sharing agreements, legal and regulatory matters related to exploration & production as well as supply of natural gas in Ukraine.

Associate attorney at 1849 PLC - a London-based international real estate investment fund focusing on investment in the Ukrainian retail real estate market. The company manages over USD 400 million of shopping malls across Ukraine. As a part of a in-house legal team assisted the fund on the full cycle of investment, as land allocation, construction, real estate acquisition with its further refurbishment. In 2006 advised on acquisition of one of the largest shopping malls in Ukraine and advised on subsequent further refurbishment, producing 3.8x growth in NOI.
