I Completed an 18-month contract with UAP, a unique and dynamic company that curates, designs and manufactures art. Working directly with the Project Manager, I performed a multi-faceted Project Administration role on three complex projects; The Australian Pavilion for EXPO2020 Dubai (working closely with Bureau Proberts), Sourcing and Procuring of over 1000 artworks for the new Crown Barangaroo in Sydney, and the inhouse fabrication of a large traditional style timber Dhow (boat), made in Australia and shipped to The Museum of Qatar as a playscape piece. Tasks regularly performed included:• Extensive use of the complete Microsoft Suite program, particularly Word, Outlook, Calendar and Excel. A good working knowledge of Program, PowerPoint and Teams.• Authoring meeting agenda’s, note taking, and issuing minutes.• Researching and engaging subcontractors, organising and determining tenders, administering contracts, managing programme obligations and quality control. • Document control, including working with ‘Aconex’, • Regularly updating project information in ‘Epicor’.• Arranging catering for meetings. greeting attendees, attending work functions and assisting international and local stakeholders, including guided tours of UAP’s premises to observe manufacturing.• Procuring materials, service, subcontractors and invoicing. Regularly dealing with the accounts department.• Arranging travel and accommodation, including Visas, including through our corporate provider.• General correspondence, filing, receiving emails and responding or delegating as required.• Managing quality control, preparing O&M manuals, PMP’s and other key project documents.• Detailed weekly progress reports, including preparing presentation documents in ‘InDesign’, • Good understanding of Workplace Health and Safety.• Deadline driven and highly confidential work.

My roles included concept design, detailed design, consultant co-ordination, product and finishes selection and schedules for the kitchens and bathrooms, specification writing and drafting of all components of the projects on AutoCAD.
