• Created a fullstack application that will be used in the aerospace industry for enterprise ground services and satellite communication. • Built a clean & effective UI that will not only provide users with a positive user experience, but also a significantly faster way of completing the main user goal.• Utilized JavaScript, Bootstrap, Python, HTML, Nunjucks and Jinja to create the application.• Followed agile develop with the use of Jenkins, Atlassian Bitbucket, Git and Confluence.

• Research Intern for the Amazon-funded Athena team, which has developed a socialbot that can converse with humans and took third place in the Amazon AlexaPrize competition.• Applied Human Factors Engineering and Usability Principles throughout several phases of technology development to help design, run, and analyze human evaluation of the socialbot. • Worked on research of anthropomorphic AI in conversational agents, dialogue design and utterance quality of the bot, use cases and usability testing, constructing and leading user evaluation interviews, IRB research proposals, and statistical quantitative & qualitative data analysis.

• Supported educationally disadvantaged students through activities to promote STEM college and career opportunities• Provided ongoing data analysis of revenue and expenses for multiple programs & departments through working hands on with grants, POs, liquidations and budgets.• Improved seven program budgets through streamlining the extraction of data and projections of expenses, resulting in balanced budgets for the full length of my employment.
