Support the operations and growth of the assigned Business Unit (BU). Aligning the business and people strategies with corporate objectives and priorities as well as executing programs which include the annual increment and bonus exercises, employee engagement and retention initiatives, performance management, manpower and staff cost budgeting as well as employee record administration. Provide transactional HR support to the BU in recruitment & selection (comprising sourcing, interviewing, reference checking and drafting of salary proposals), on-boarding & in-service support (comprising on-boarding administration, effecting buddy system, regular engagement with the employees, confirmation, transfers, discipline, manpower planning, grievance handling and other necessary in-service HR support) and off-boarding (comprising conducting exit interviews and exit administration).
