Key liaison among students, alumni, and industry. Lead the career services team and link the students with industry partners through internship, career fair, career talk, on-campus hiring and industry visits. Focus on preparing students and graduates to be industry ready before graduating. -Organized annual campus Job Fair so that students learn about industry expectations towards fresh graduates, build their networks with potential future employers; thus creating promising career opportunities with reputable national and international corporations and secure job before graduation. -Organized on-campus interviews and recruitment activities with industry partner, resulting in many students being hired even before they graduate.-Organized career workshops and seminars on résumé writing, interview tips, pre-internship preparation and grooming etiquette , in order to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for employment. These include job market trends, the attributes that employers look for, job hunting methods, interview skills, good grooming, salary expectations and other relevant topics for students.-Invited adjunct industry lecture and industry partner to give technical and sector focused topic that is related to certain programme to keep students abreast with latest technology utilized in the work environment and gain extra industry knowledge through demo.-Leading career services team to build strong relationships with employers and partners from various different sector or industry. -Organized industrial visits to expand students’ horizon and knowledge and also get to know the industry expectation of fresh graduates. Also, build their networks with potential future employers.-Organized the annual employers networking session, Education meets Industry session to connect academic with close industry partners. -Liaison with industry partners to collaborate on students’ final year project and business consultancy project partnership.
