Part of the Global Marine&Ports Controlling team and the responsible global Controller for Ports (approx. 200 M$). Member of the management team and the business partner of the global manager ABB Ports. Also LBL controller for Ports Sweden in ABB (approx 150 M$) The project portfolio is covering export projects and it also includes the Service projects and spare parts within our Service business unit. Team of 5 controllers working with the units project/tender and business controlling.

Part of the HBL Europe Controlling team and the responsible Unit Controller for Operating unit Sweden (approx. 100 M$). Member of the unit management team and the business partner of the manager of the Operating Unit in Sweden. The project portfolio is covering both Swedish projects as well as export projects and it also includes the Service projects and spare parts within our Service business unit. Team of 6 controllers working with the units project/tender and business controllingIn parallel working globally in the division with TBMS (Tender & Bid Management Tool) for all units in the division globally. To continue the improvements of the tool and to ensure full usage of the tool in all business units globally

Team of 6 controllers working on business controlling in the unit across the different countries.Also the Global Tender Process Owner in BL Power Grids Grid Integration (PGGI) which is a continuance of the global responsibility to ensure business as usual after the global implementation of TBMS, which is the new common tender calculation tool implemented during 2019 in GPQS. To continue the improvements of the tool and to ensure full usage of the tool in all covered business units globally.
