Other parts are recruitment and ongoing personnel responsibilities such as budget and staff development. Focus has been on digitization, development of 1:1 marketing, marketing automation and improvement processes (wow) - all with continued high ROI and high customer satisfaction through agile development of well-designed and efficient systems and customer journeys. Accustomed to participating in and conducting stakeholder meetings, also accustomed to management team work. Implementation of new campaign management system and GDPR in an international constellation are examples of projects.
