As TA Specialist, I work closely with managers to anticipate insourcing needs based on growth, goals and change in order to effectively attract new employees to positions, source candidates through online channels, create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position, and compile tracking tools for the most appropriate candidates by evaluating their resumes, portfolios, and references. As part of my role I organize, participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a solid pipeline of candidates.
