I am interested in people, healing, relationships, families and communities...my client's and my own,...and have a deep respect for the way life and our connection to each other express themselves in all of these.I am happy to work with any human issue, and have broad therapeutic experience, however I also have particular knowledge and expertise in the areas of Addiction/Addiction Recovery/Addictive family systems. I am passionate about looking at Addiction through a family systems lens and supporting families through bringing awareness to their part in the family emotional processes and reciprocal relational dynamics at play in Addiction. Initially trained in Gestalt Therapy, I have since done significant learning and training in Bowen Family Systems Theory and Hellinger's Family Constellations work, and am deeply engaged in both personally and professionally. Mindfulness, Spirituality and 12 step Recovery principles also shape my work significantly.I work with individuals, couples, families and groups.
