After working in non-formal education field and supporting pupils councils I continued to share my knowledge and co-founded the organization to help create learning and collaboration opportunities for pupils councils across Latvia.Together with the second founder, we created the first methodological materials for pupils councils in Latvia for the State education and content centre, we defended the necessity and earned the right to organize many nationwide trainings for consultants of pupils councils and continue our work to support the place where youngsters should be inspired to practice democracy and active involvement and representation.Achievements:✅ Created 50+ methodological materials to help consultants of pupils councils lead effective group work with their teams. ✅ Organized two-day nation-wide conference for 150 participants✅ Have organized 6 regional and national in-person training courses for consultants of pupils' councils✅ Have organized more than 10 webinars on different topics (effective group work, collaboration between municipalities and pupils councils to create an environment for participation, benefits of evaluation, effective group work online, mental health, gathering and representing opinions etc).✅ Have organized training courses for different municipalities (Riga, Daugavpils, Liepaja, Onlaine, Ikšķile, Madona) to raise their employees

Successfully managed and implemented development projects in collaboration with local government entities. Responsibilities:✅ Tracked and monitored different project progress, issues, risks, and deliverables. ✅ Had to maintain and organize project documentation for education/tourism/energy conservation projects✅ Worked with BIS (Building Information System) to support urban improvements in the municipality - new disc-golf field, skatepark, benches, trash cans, information screens etc;✅ Developed new local and international education projects to raise the involvement of residents, developing support systems for pupils in time of Covid etc.

Coordination and implementation of European Commission project program EPPKA3 - Support for Policy Reform "Implementation of EU Youth Dialogue in Latvia". Responsibilities:✅ to coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, vendors, and internal staff;✅ ensuring project and budget planning;✅ IT tool procurement process;✅ ensuring risk management, monitoring, and reporting according to requirements (local governments and European Commission).

Creating support systems and developing educational activities, seminars and training for youth activists of consultants of pupils councils in Riga.✅ Created and maintained an information network between pupils' councils in the municipality of Riga;✅ Supported and empowered the creation of youth-led initiatives and projects;✅ Created city-wide training courses and forums to support consultants.✅ Was responsible for budgeting and reporting
