• Work with Demand Management, Planners and Buyers to: o Manage production plan by reviewing independent requirements based on inventory quantity and existing allocations.o Troubleshoot parts problem, research discrepancies and determine impact on Master Production Schedule and coordinate changes.• Establishes Available-To-Promise dates for Sales Orders with daily review of scheduled sales orders to improve shipment dates when possible and resolve pull-in and push-out issues.• Analyze Available-To-Promise logic and communicate business needs to SAP sustaining group.• Work with Operations management to analyze workload and capacity related to Sales/Delivery Order Scheduling.• Participates in process definition procedures and the best method of Planning.• Provide insight to Operations Management regarding customer backlog and dollar values associated with orders.• Provide reports to Operations Management (Backlog, Delivery-To-Promise, etc.) as required.• Managing Cycle counting process.• Maintain System Integrity and conduct Inventory Audits at warehouse.
