My professional life is geared to helping businesses and people be the most successful version of themselves. As an account manager, I spent time helping businesses to grow, through retention strategies, quality programming, and well trained teachers. As a trainer, I help individuals to achieve their goals.I have worked in both performance and business, working as on-camera and vocal talent for Les Mills and Gold's Gym. For over 10 years, I have been an International Master Trainer and Presenter with Les Mills International, traveling throughout the United States and globally, working with hundreds of adult educators, trainers, and instructors. I have contributed written content for an international training module as well as quarterly tips, tricks, and education sessions. I work with 9 different Programs (below), ranging from initial modules to AIM 2 (advanced instructor modules), utilizing the DISC method of personality profiling. I also work as a Regional Consultant, delivering business seminars and consulting with Partners to ensure their business goals are being met.I have always been interested in sports and performance, originally majoring in Theatre before switching to Exercise Science in college. I am an International trainer and presenter for BODYJAM®, SH'BAM®,BODYCOMBAT®, RPM®, Les Mills SPRINT™, CXWORX®, and BORN TO MOVE®, BODYPUMP® and Les Mills BARRE™. I have had the opportunity to film for RPM®️68, RPM®️74, RPM®️80, Les Mills BARRE™️ 4, and BORN TO MOVE 12 in Auckland, NZ. I am a Digital Fitness Coach, creating and voicing content for Gold's AMP. I am also featured as a fitness model in the 2017-18 Gold's marketing campaign.
