As a consultant at Boston Scientific, I work with the Neuromodulation division to improve their business processes, culture, and performance. I apply my skills in communication, problem solving, and team leadership to facilitate change and innovation, and to create equity in the work environment. I am passionate about continuous improvement and driving results for the company and the customers.I also coach tennis at The Paseo Club, where I help players of all ages and levels develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport. I leverage my minor in entrepreneurial leadership and my lean six sigma black belt to design and deliver effective and engaging training programs, and to manage the operations and finances of the club. I love reading, playing with my dogs, and spending time with friends and family outside of work.
