Fiasy – mobile app for tracking calories, available in App Store & Play Store.Responsibilities:– Rethinking product positioning – Gathering & prioritizing product requirements in backlog– Suggesting & implementing cheapest options to test hypotheses– Analyzing & segmenting users, user research– Preparing product roadmap, altering product strategy to meet the users & market requirements – Analyzing analytics data (Amplitude), creating reports– Creating and updating the internal knowledge base, encouraging the team to contribute & use it.Results:– Found & showed the problems of primary business model using unit economics calculator prepared specifically for the product, and demonstrated the result for key stakeholders– Analyzed users' needs, current solutions that the use, competitors and market–Based on the results of analysis suggested possible solutions to help business grow its LTV– Created product strategy and roadmap, implemented process for hypotheses testing. Suggested cheapest options to test riskiest & potentially lucrative hypotheses– Suggested an option of altering current product strategy to help the company raise above breakeven point and find PMF– Implemented process for transferring hypotheses from product to design and from design to development, that helped to lessen t2M by 10%– Created metrics system in Amplitude which depict the value received by new & current users and prepared analytics reports that showed potential growth points.– Created knowledge base & conducted webinars on venture capital, on how to use Amplitude and on metrics system suggested, how to use unit economics calculator, etc.– Worked on organization design to help the company achieve its goals without having to significantly grow the number of people in it.– Helped the company with preparing it for talking to venture capital (presentation, one-pager) and looked for investors & emailed them.– Prepared the company for participation in YCombinator.
