Main responsibilities:- preparation of job offers- recruiting staff at different positions (job placement, telephone screening, individual and group interviewing);- monitoring and analysis labor market;- keeping documentation of staff turnover;- сoordination of all services in the preparation of a new employee's workplace- weekly and monthly performance reports.

Duties:Maintaining informational support for passengers in English;Searching for information required by passengers;Negotiations with airlines and foreign partners;Reservation, cancellation and change of flights;Ordering additional services for air travelers; Skills gained:• Accountability and self-confidence;• High level of self-organization;• Willingness to learn fast and accommodate to any difficult situation;
