My career started as a Trainee for Scania within production development. I learnt how to do the job, take responsibility for the outcome, love deviations and so much more. I have a history of working in the medical device industry since 2007 with the opportunity to switch between Operations, Manufacturing and R&D a couple of times. That has given me a good view of how a company is working and what it takes to collaborate in an efficient way. I love to see how different functions, factories, suppliers etc collaborate to make it happen! I am a natural fan of Lean Manufacturing. How do we operate in a smooth way, without non value adding activities? My talent is to find the ways going forward, finding the tasks and the people that we need. Starting for Mölnlycke in 2018 I have set up the process for how to work with UDI (MDR and FDA requirement) for both our product labelling and how we submit masterdata to our authorities. I have been the business owner for setting up a new way of working with regards to Design Control, Change Control and Market Authorisation together with changing the PLM system for Mölnlycke on a global level. From 2022 I take the strategic ownership for how we continue our journey with PLM and product masterdata all the way through our value chain from product development to delivery at customer.I bring with me an experience of both project management and being a manager. I love competitions and things that seems impossible. It only takes a bit more time.
