Access To Care Intern

At Philips, we aim to improve the lives of 2.5 billion people a year by 2030, including 400 million people in underserved communities. As part of the "S" of Philips' ESG framework, I interned in the Access to Care team contributing to strengthening health systems and expanding access to healthcare through digital innovation, new business modeling and finance solutions, and partnering. As part of my internship, key responsibilities included: • Building up the Access to Care Community of Practice (incl. quarterly employee Community Calls reaching ~200 colleagues) • Drive employee engagement and activation by managing platforms such as Yammer and SharePoint for A2C • Supported the Integral Value Proposition (IVP) process • Develop & activate key communications asset (such as customer facing materials on access to care) • Core team member of Inclusion & Diversity in Group Sustainability. Organizing events and activity to increase team awareness, understanding and activation of I&D topics
