I previously worked at a fast-food restaurant for three years.I have customer service,multi-tasking and teamwork skills.I am confident working in a fast-paced environment. I gained loyal clientele by creating a friendly and hospitable environment there. I started working in Bank of Ireland in January 2022. I handled customer queries over the phone for Business Online from January to August. I then started my role as a customer adviser for Direct Services from September - March 2023. I answered queries regarding the Mobile Banking App, General Banking Queries, Lending and Credit Cards. I dealt with Personal and Business customers. I am currently working in Bank of Ireland as a Social Experience Adviser. I answer customer queries on social media channels, manage emails and create reports to analyse our queries. I began this role in March 2023 and am enjoying my time here. I have gained a lot of knowledge about the bank, our customers and hope to expand my career even more. I am always eager to learn new things and show great determination and motivation in my role. I am currently on the APA Journey and begin my first exam in May 2024!
