- Managing and coordinating large consortia multi-disciplinary projects in the area of antimicrobial use and resistance and One Health (e.g., European interagency project evaluating the impact of the use of azoles fungicides and development of azole resistant Aspergillus spp.).- Providing technical input to a range of ECDC projects contributing to the production of evidence based scientific, technical advice and guidance (e.g., coordination and harmonisation of working group providing scientific input to Regulation 2022/1255 on designating antimicrobials reserved for treatment of certain infections).- Drafting, timely delivering and publishing reports focused on antibiotic use and resistance. - Providing technical and strategic support to ESAC-Net (European Surveillance of Antimicrobial Consumption Network). - Contributing to COVID-19 pandemic response by taking on epidemic intelligence duties. - Appointing via formal procurement process and fostering collaboration with external ECDC consultants. - Strengthening diplomatic skills by communicating scientific outputs to project stakeholders.

- Planned, coordinated and evaluated international projects in the area of antimicrobial resistance (e.g. antibiotic surveillance in tertiary care hospitals in Central India, an interventional study on antibiotic use during pregnancy in Laos and an interventional study among general practitioners in Malta). - Led and performed data analysis and interpreted results to feed into scientific publications focused (14 scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals).- Designed and validated a vast array of data collection tools and set up electronic platform for data collection- REDCap to capture antibiotic consumption data. - Produced protocols, monitored the progress of the project, provided training to a team of 15-20 people, facilitated bimonthly meetings with the project stakeholders.- Collaborated with key stakeholders in Ministry of Health and Public Health Institute (Laos) and academia.- Developing and delivering a blended learning course curriculum to +25 group of Master’s students (hold a position of director of “Advanced Health Systems and Policy” course at Karolinska Institutet).

I served as the Course Director for the Advanced Course on Health Systems and Policy (4HM010). This course (5 credits) is part of the MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Management at the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics.

I held an interim position as Data Science Associate for three months, followed by Data Science Associate/Associate Director for the following months

The assignment combined my role as a PhD student at Karolinska Institutet and as scientist in a leading pharma company in two European countries:1. Development Scientist, Baxter Medical AB, Sweden, (November 2015 - December 2016).2. Research Associate, Baxter Healthcare, R&D Centre, Belgium (November 2012 - October 2015).Planned, organised and lead two projects in parallel in the area of clinical epidemiology and patients’ access to health services.- Formulated research questions, led and performed data analysis and communicated scientific results to various stakeholders (10 scientific publications in international journals and 12 presentations in international meetings).- Delivered timely reports on the projects' progress to direct supervisors and collaborating partners.- Collaborated with scientific consortium partners (in total 24 partners from eight European universities and two companies) and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders from academia and industry.
