Project Manager of the EMEA North MidMarket Customer Success Video Programme, creating short reference videos demonstrating how SAP solutions enable our customers to run as best-run-businesses. Managed the process from story discovery to story promotion, to drive a successful social media campaign. Liaised with customers, partners and external agencies.Involved in the planning and execution of two big-rock, global events. Part of the Content Team preparing the Keynote and Breakout Theatre sessions at Sapphire in Barcelona. At Unleash in Paris, managed the Boardroom, scheduling meetings between our executives and customers, partners and analysts. Also responsible for ensuring the executives were appropriately briefed prior to their meetings.Hosted a Webcast Series on SAP's Business Technology Platform to help customers better understand the solution and how it can drive growth and innovation within their organisation. Successfully delivered 20+ webcasts across EMEA in H1 on a variety of topics, hosted by customer and partner speakers. Launched the Webcast Series landing page, managed the registration journey and created social assets to promote the campaign.Supported the SAP EMEA North SuccessFactors team: attended customer and partner meetings, effectively communicated the key team wins from each quarter to the business, helped organise and execute all-hands meetings, and sat in on forecast and end-race calls.Part of the Business Women's Network Committee, working in the Communications team to drive engagement for upcoming events, workshops and fundraising opportunities. Through newsletter publications, posters and emails, we generated awareness for many key issues and raised funds for inspiring charities. Amsterdam

Responsible for supporting the eBay Netherlands Marketing and Finance teams as an Intern across two summers. As part of the Marketing team, conducted research and analytics to design and launch successful marketing campaigns for eBay’s Marktplaats platform. Gained experience in branding, digital marketing and marketing strategy. As part of the Finance team, prepared and presented financial reports to management and analysed and presented key external and internal data to support company projects and initiatives.

Responsible for delivering high quality customer service to members of Amsterdam’s premier Leisure Club, as part of both the reception and creche teams. In reception, responsible for welcoming members and answering their queries. In the creche, responsible for caring for the youngest members of the Club.
