The duties of this position primarily include the handling of sales transactions and providing customers with excellent service, through a quick and pleasant check out process. This is done through the itemization of an order utilizing a POS system, categorizing and bagging the customer's items, and ensuring that the proper payment method is used. All duties are completed quickly and accurately.

Duties for this position included attending school and community board meetings; actively listening and communicating; assisting the Chamber executive with administrative duties; volunteering at the Chamber Golf Outing, attending Chamber luncheons; presenting information on the internship in front of classmates and Chamber members.
