Projects include:-Transcranial brain ultrasound diagnostic to improve the point of care for patients while removing the load on existing medical infrastructure helping to triage patients in brain trauma. Sourced $2.2mn DoD grant funding-Developing a cost-effective sleep device aimed to non-invasively and passively remodel patient sleep behaviour as a wearable device. Aims to help millions deal with insomnia from either medial issues, shift work or jet lag. -Ultrasonic device to portably and affordably diagnose and treat skin diseases such as cancer

-Guide the growth of current and future projects in the field of automotive and industrial non-destructive testing towards European and emerging markets-Oversee new developments in technology and integrations with Smart Factory based on Industry 4.0 technology and AI

-Technology transfer initiation, development, and market research for emerging markets-Managed a diversified commercial portfolio of healthcare, industrial and security technologies. -Designed, developed, and delivered service model for utility market (corrosion-resistant coatings to protect distribution infrastructure) and helped to initiate research project with Bombardier Aerospace. This went on to OnTech Inc.-Project managed and lead commercialization of multi-disciplinary research and engineering teams with industrial partners on major R&D projects-Was part of the team which brokered 5 year partnership between Ontario's MaRS Innovation and the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (Korean Ministry of Health) that will result in the establishment of a bilateral commercialization platform for the creation of joint start up companies and accessing new pools of venture capital investment. -Developing international large-scale public-private partnerships and commercializing early stage technologies into global joint ventures.

-Focus on the non-destructive evaluation of objects of cultural heritage, as well as research towards the development of new techniques and adapting existing techniques to this field providing customers with state of the art professional services in the field of analysis, forgery and pre-restoration diagnostics of objects of fine arts such as paintings, wood panels, icons, statues, frescoes, etc. -Facilitated projects with such leading bodies such as English Heritage and The National Trust, helping restore the Famous Horses of Helios in Piccadilly Circus, London UK and General Gordon’s Camel. Other work has included various famous institutions such as the Pushkin museum, the Hermitage, the Getty Museum of Art in LA, and Bonhams as well as several private collectors. -Successfully organized several international high profile Art Analysis Workshops including London and St Petersburg with the next being in Florence, Italy. These aim at bringing together the foremost experts on art analysis, restoration and anti-forgery including the Louvre, the Hermitage, The national Gallery etc. -Developed a strategy to provide “Art fingerprint” for blockchain encryption of valuable pieces as a third party provider to a high profile forgery management service

Conducted research in association with Harvard Medical School for the Focused Ultrasound Group led by Dr. Gregory Clement. Research focus on shear wave propagation in solids resulting in induced cell necrosis. Funded by NSERC grant.

Dept of Chemistry, Dr. Loeb. Synthesized a 24-Crown-8 ether over the course of a year in order to test properties using organic strings and NMR along with other spectroscopy methods. Placed and Funded by Outstanding Scholars Award
