• Academic education in SOCIOLOGY from the Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh • Experienced in Research, Evaluation Child Rights, and Child Protection, 5 years of practical experience in the areas of Child Rights issues and women empowerment, worked in establishing the rights of the country's disadvantaged community, particularly for children, women, and adolescent girls, to ensure the general public's right to information, and establish the rights and protection of the most vulnerable children.I have the experience of participating in many different types of training throughout the country. I attended numerous workshops within as well as outside of the country that enhanced my skills, knowledge, and capacities. I was given the opportunity to work on a study report on the governance of children's rights. The study seeks to add to the child rights discourse by enriching and increasing both information and experiential resources that may be used to forge strategic direction in child rights program planning, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring. I've composed over 20 evaluation and baseline reports and managed over 20 projects. I feel I have excellent communication and networking abilities, as well as training facilitation and program/project management abilities. I am confident enough to handle any project or program aimed at ensuring children's rights and women's empowerment.
