Responsibilities were event reservations, budgeting, planning the booths, coordinating the construction and deconstruction as well as logistics, shift planning and planning and creating the material.- Independently or with a team planning and organizing company event for over 300 persons. Responsibilities included project lead, technical production, scheduling, reservations and contracts. - Communicating with co-working companies and associations.

Color Obstacle Rush event production in England, Finland and Sweden. Responsibilities included for example - project management- insurances in England and Sweden, licenses and venue contracts- Administrative work such as budgeting- Travel and hotel bookings for all event personnel on tour, logistic planning for tour trucks- Read all venue contracts and made notes for the CEO before signing. Also for the events in Germany and France- International co-operation

Organizing tours, tickets sales to pre-schools and schools. Project manager for UT OPEN open stage nights.

Producing music, theater, children´s culture and sport events for people in all ages.This included everything from creative thinking, drawing up production plans, budgeting, recruiting, event itself and all the after production. Part of my job description was also the development of the organization, both inside the working environment and outside. Part of this development was renewing the webpages and Facebook page, updating the pages and development of the marketing material.
