- Ensuring the entire customer communication, building systematic customer loyalty and increasing customer satisfaction- Assuming responsibility for the financial outcome of contracts and monitoring all contract parameters/indicators- Preparing and updating of business offers and business plans, assuming responsibility for risk management for the contracts- Managing contractual requirements in all of the organizations who are contributing to services, such as production, engineering, materials planning, and billing;- Preparing for and carrying out contractual negotiations on amendments, for example additions or reductions to the contract or price adjustments- Supervising and tracking engine events relating to the scope of work, logistics, materials, costs, process documentation and lead times and coordinating these with production units- Checking and approving of utilization and findings-calculations as well as auditing cost items and preparing and processing final invoices

- Product life cycle management of global spare parts assortment (phase-in, pricing, logistic setup, coordination of the spare part book creation, clean-out projects, phase-out of articles)- Sales organization and customer support – technical data, compliance, costs and logistics- Close cooperation with new product development teams (product owners, engineering, sourcing), providing guidance in terms of spare parts, - Service Software Tool development support and database management

- Create user manuals and installation instructions aimed at customers and service technicians- Create brief newsletters aimed at local sales personnel and service technicians- Update existing manuals- Cooperate with both hardware and software engineers- Study drawings, specifications, and product samples

- Conduct supplier audits and on-site supplier visits- Manage supplier’s KPIs and monitor undertaken corrective actions- Manage customer claims - Prepare Quality reports for Management Reviews- Prepare templates for the use of quality assurance activities (audit check list, audit report, suppliers’ corrective action template)- Prepare instructions for the use of receiving inspection
