Customer And Contract Manager
Current- Ensuring the entire customer communication, building systematic customer loyalty and increasing customer satisfaction- Assuming responsibility for the financial outcome of contracts and monitoring all contract parameters/indicators- Preparing and updating of business offers and business plans, assuming responsibility for risk management for the contracts- Managing contractual requirements in all of the organizations who are contributing to services, such as production, engineering, materials planning, and billing;- Preparing for and carrying out contractual negotiations on amendments, for example additions or reductions to the contract or price adjustments- Supervising and tracking engine events relating to the scope of work, logistics, materials, costs, process documentation and lead times and coordinating these with production units- Checking and approving of utilization and findings-calculations as well as auditing cost items and preparing and processing final invoices
