+Provide community and work site health screenings to patients+Perform blood pressure, finger stick for blood cholesterol/glucose, BMI, tobacco screen+Interact with community members and fellow staff+Provide extensive patient education and referrals

• Initiate and perform cosmetic and laser consults/treatments at the office of the late Dr. Robert M. Adrian, a world-renowned pioneer in laser medicine. + Perform independent treatments including: IPL, Fraxel, Laser Tattoo Removal (Q-Switch Nd: YAG, Ruby), Laser Hair Removal (Diode, Alexandrite 755/Nd: YAG 1064, CoolGlide 1064), PDT, Versapulse+ Assist Dermatologist/NP's with surgeries, biopsies, Botox/Dysport, Injectibles (Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Belotero), Erbium, sclerotherapy, Thermage• Interact and develop rapport with patients • Follow up with patients and assume responsibility for helping patients understand and perform aftercare• Act as a team player within office by successfully working with all employees and patients in a professional manner, helping with duties not assigned to my job description, and ensuring I perform above and beyond expectations in all aspects of the job

• Perform admission procedure and initial assessment• Educate patients/families on health care needs, conditions, options etc• Interpret lab values• Document patient assessments• Monitor patients and use critical thinking to manage the situation or notify physician if necessary• Utilize nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation)• Employ such skills as: tube feedings, trach management, medication administration and injections, IV therapy, blood draws, isolation precautions, pre and post-op surgical care, blood transfusions, wound care, EKGs, Foley Catheters, restraints, drains, specimen collection, PCA pumps, drips, Code Blue situations, etc.• Build rapport with patients and families and uplift their spirits
