- Analyze financial data related to delivery operations, including revenue, costs, and profitability metrics.- Develop financial models to evaluate the performance and efficiency of delivery operations.- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for management review.- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in delivery-related expenses. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.- Support decision-making processes by providing financial insights and recommendations.- Assist in the development of budgets and strategic plans for delivery operations.- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the performance of delivery services.- Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within the delivery function.

- Qualitative plan/actual analysis for personnel costs;- Managing the payroll model in IBM PA (administration, support for C&B partners, calculation, and parameter setting);- Analysis of the difference between IFRS and RAS reporting in terms of personnel costs;- Control over personnel cost reserves;- Automation of reserve management in 1C HR (in collaboration with the Salary Accounting team);- Gathering and analyzing individual types of bonuses and making adjustments to management reporting;- Preparing staff cost calculations for additional requests within the investment committee;- Verticalization of P&L in terms of personnel costs and headcount;- Verification of employee allocation to verticals/projects, discussion with C&B partners/functional managers, and making amendments.

- Preparing budgets and rolling forecasts for a group of companies in the Hyperion system- Providing methodological assistance to operational units in budget formation- Monthly and quarterly plan-versus-actual analysis- Conducting budgetary expenditure control in the OEBS system, including inventorying liabilities- Generating detailed reports upon request from budget holders (working in the BI system)- Participating in the development of financial systems, drafting specifications, testing, identifying growth areas- Consulting and training various categories of personnel
