- Product conception and design of movable and built-in furniture- 2D and 3D illustrations- Preparation, cost-accounting and tender production- Contact suppliers and workshops- Coordination of workshops and timetables- Micro-planning- Customer service (contacting, informing the customer)

- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies- Develop and manage all group’s social media accounts content calendar- Create all written content adapting it to suit different channels- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels- Have the overall community management- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the brand- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media insights- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity- Analyse competitors’ activity- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement

- Manage Eshop orders- Manage Skroutz Platform, - Responsible for determining what website format to use that supports the business philosophy and strategic priorities.- Contact with developers for solving bugs & optimization of the eshop platform- Responsible for commercial strategy at Retail Platform- Control all aspects of company's online business- Lead and develop the team to provide market beating performance and a culture of continuous improvement- Analyze the market products and develop growth strategies/business development plan- Build and maintain contact with all clients in the market area and ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up- Close follow-up of ranges, pricing and availability- Monitor competition pricing and act according to commercial policy- Develop promotional actions to maximize effectiveness and sales- Assist in evaluating business proposals to meet cost targets- Research on market information and report findings
