For my clients I am searching for properties with long time rent, strong tenants. I am only working with propertie's owners or real estates with excusive selling rights.

I deal with the full development property process: from searching for properties that meet the criteria, through negotiations, purchase, then construction control to the sale of houses and apartments. I operate in Krakow and municipalities of Wielka Wieś and Zielonki.

I started working at CDS when I was still a full-time student at the University. Initially, I was responsible for the functioning of the office. Then the responsibilities expanded to include marketing and promotion (including the website) and project management. Ultimately, I was responsible for several projects conducted by the company (mainly research projects).During my work, I prepared many studies that were then included in strategic documents prepared by the company at the request of private investors and municipalities in order to obtain funds from EU funds (such as business plans, feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, etc.).
