Regional Youth Leadership is a non-profit leadership development program for select high school juniors in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area. RYL is designed to motivate and empower youth to make a positive difference in our communities by developing a life dedicated to effective and compassionate leadership, selfless volunteerism and responsible citizenship. Community decision makers and leaders interact with the students to identify and develop their leadership skills, increase their awareness of the challenges, resources and opportunities in our region, encourage community service, explore various career paths and opportunities and help build a commitment to their future role and responsibility as community leaders. The outcome is an investment in our community's most important resource our future leaders.

Manage the recruitment, admission, advising and retention of students in the nationally ranked MBA Program.Lead in the development of the MBA marketing plan including social media, electronic, print, outdoor and radio media acquisition while maintaining University branding standards with an annual budget of $350,000.Collaborate with the Office of University Communications regarding the development, design and production of print, outdoor and digital advertising. Evaluate application materials assessing academic and professional qualifications to determine suitability of applicants.Evaluate the success of recruitment and admissions processes to enhance the marketing, recruitment and admission strategy.
