I am a Creator of bespoke e-learning solutions, currently being challenged by introducing e-learning technology into the primary education system using Articulate 360 and moodle.The world is changing and very quickly, we need to rethink how we deliver information and training to all sectors and embrace how technology can deliver cost effective training saving time, money and in today’s crisis, lives.I have spent the past 4 years developing online learning solutions in the Catholic Education System working with both the Catholic Education Service and Schools. These organisations traditionally have not been open to online learning in the past yet I have rolled out online Governor training for Governing bodies of over 2500 Catholic Schools, as well as multiple online compliance and CPD programs for schools on budgets with maximum impact.I have an in-depth understanding of digital transformation strategies and a proven record in not only converting very traditional organisations to new technologies but being able to deliver solutions that change the way those organisations deliver training to their people.As the director of a diocesan teaching school I am also experienced in managing an Initial Teacher Training program with over 150 teachers trained so far; and Newly Qualified Teacher Program; managing over 400 NQTs. I am responsible for the management, strategy and direction of the business while ensuring we are compliant to DfE standards and remaining profitable.
