Reviewing, evaluating, providing recommendations and approving for short-term credit request for aftersales within self-approval authority matrix.Reviewing, evaluating, providing recommendation and preparing credit reports for vehicle and credit facility transactions since this requires dual approval and has to be escalated to the Credit Manager or Senior Analyst. Cases that needs higher management approval will have to be escalated to the CC or ECC.Processing approved credit facility applications (includes new facility applications and renewal of expired facility) with preparation of the facility contract. This process is in coordination with our Legal Department from drafting to finalization of the contract. Drafting the facility contract, sending to Legal Dept. for verification before releasing to customer for signature. Coordinating with concerned department as to the progress of the contract. Once signed, signatures will be verified and documents will have to be sent to Legal Dept. for their acceptance in order to proceed with management signature. Maintaining group traffic sheets for Non-Auto, Auto and Credit Facility transactions. Complete Commercial Registration, Computer Card and Trade License collections for active credit customers and maintain its database.
