I am a detail-oriented Research Analyst with hands-on experience in qualitative and qualitative research. I completed MSc in Psychology (Clinical Psychology) in 2019 from Kristu Jayanti College, India and BSc in Psychology in 2017 from the University of Calicut. I worked as a Psychologist for a year in India. About my Research background, I completed Research Analyst Program at Georgian College, Barrie, ON. The Capstone Project I completed during the program was 'The Strategy Planning for Furniture Bank of Barrie in Accordance with the Client Experience.' Doing the interview process and engaging with clients for meetings helped me gain experience in community research and Healthcare Research. Two other major research works I completed are on the Quality of Life of People with Cancer (Published). Throughout the years, I have worked with different organizations and their research teams. Working with them helped me learn and improve many skills, such as interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, and motivational skills. Regarding the hard skills I have learnt, I am an expert in MS Office, IBM SPSS, NVivo, Tableau, QuestionPro, Qualtrics, Canva and Powtoon. I am proficient in editing research documents to APA 7th edition format and peer-reviewing. I've always been curious about how the human mind functions and how distinctive each one may be. I decided to major in psychology for this reason. The fieldwork I undertook for my undergraduate thesis and my interactions with cancer patients motivated me to continue my education in the sector. Finding the condition's underlying causes and a remedy can alter generations. This thought inspires me to get into the cancer research and grow in the field.
