Brought the company ~$1 mln by launching a project on the creation and implementation of web-system (python(Django), Vuejs+Vuetify) – a personal account for each client of the company (67 clients from Russia and OAE, total number of users - more than 50k people). During the implementation process, the project was transformed into a portfolio of 8 projects in this area.Increased revenue by 13% (about 2 million dollars) by transferring 50+ clients to new infrastructure. The project was large-scale and had a short deadline, lasted 4 months, all clients were successfully transferred. As a result, I sold off additional services for the next period during the project implementation.Reduced the labor costs of employees by 12-14% by implementing processes for interaction with teams from related departments.Increased the volume of services provided by 14% (about 0,3 million dollars) by arranging regular meetings with key clients to identify additional needs. Reduced the purchase price by 10% (about $0,23 mln) after negotiations with suppliers. Increased the number of annually renewed contracts from 50 to 58 by conducting a qualitative analysis of potential clients and identifying exactly what values of our services should be brought forward in negotiations so that customers choose in favor of our company. Increased the average check by 15% by implementing more than 5 new services on the current infrastructure without additional investment.Built a system of accounting for the profit and loss of the division, which made it possible to identify additional funds and use them to increase the staff. As a result, I was able to form a justification for increasing the staff by 15% at the transition stage.Further, I retained the department's revenue/expense control system, which allows me to quickly assess and confirm the need for additional purchases, hiring additional staff, etc.

I organized and held meetings with clients to determine the goals of projects. During the organization I solved problems related to the place and time of the meeting. I conducted meetings, clearly following the agenda, to solve the problem and meet the timing. I coordinated project solutions with senior managers of client companies. I eliminated comments during the approval process, often defended the position of the team/company on various project solutions.

I monitored compliance with the rules of information security in the company by users, conducted informational sessions explaining the need to comply with these measures and possible risks in case of their violation.
