Head of Sales Controlling – Consumer Products division, responsible for:Ø Budget & Trend development for CPD division and alignment with local and HQ management (Turnover & sales related costs);Ø Supervision over financial closure compliance with IFRS and internal management reporting requirements; development and implementation of internal procedures to strengthen control environment and compliance; management of internal and external audits of Business units activities;Ø Finance leadership in negotiations with clients/ client PL profitability managementØ Leading regular financial reporting, analysis and planning, preparation of variance analysis, reconciliation and plan/fact analysis, ad-hoc reports and presentations for management; performance analysis with recommendations to reduce costs, increase efficiency;Ø Closely collaboration with business partners, other sub-departments within finance function and other functions in development and implementation of divisional strategic vision;Ø Presentations of monthly/q-ly/annual results to the Country Manager;Ø Financial support to all business partners in resolving day to day business issues;Ø Leading the team of commercial controllers - all aspects of people management: hiring, training, engagement, development towards strong business partnership role.

Finance business partner for the regional commercial team for brands: Loreal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Dessange, Essie.Key responsibilitiesØ Budget & Trend development for Regional distribution of Consumer Products division, reconciliation of plan vs actuals, risks and opportunities analysis, support to management in decision making process;Ø Month Closure procedures in compliance with IFRS;Ø Financial analysis of sales investments (by clients, products, channels), improvement recommendations to the Sales director;Ø Close collaboration with sales teams and client’s management to improve financial results of our brands with adherence to L’Oreal commercial policy and Group norms;Ø Sales team animation and training to promote finance literacy, support during new financial processes/procedures implementations, ensure understanding and adherence to internal control requirements;Ø Professional skills and financial expertise development of junior sales controller.

Finance business partner on two divisional projects with direct reporting to CFOØ Financial support of merge of Sales force of two business units into one (L'Oreal Paris and Garnier/Maybelline into Consumer Product Division), including financial evaluation of restructuring project, synchronization of commercial relationships / conditions with customers, re-design of budgeting and controlling processes, education of the teams;Ø Financial support of Implementation of new types of commercial conditions with focus on financial efficiency and internal controls.

Financial business partner for Sales department and corporate functions (IT and Legal)Ø Trend and Budget P&L construction, reconciliation of actuals vs plan and support to Management in business decisions, reporting to HQØ Management of Budgeting process by cost center – planning, control & reconciliation, management reportingØ Participation in the monthly closure process and reporting in accordance with US GAAP requirements and corporate proceduresØ Sales & marketing investments efficiency analysis, financial assessment of capital investments projects; operational expenses managementØ NPV analysis of commercial initiatives;Ø Consolidation of P&L statement for EE countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan)Ø Control of cost centers

Ø Plant operating expenses budget controlØ Participation in financial assessment of capital investment projects and plant’s capital budget controlØ Budget process and coordination with budget holders and Finance Director.Ø Variance analysis and follow-up actionsØ Management reporting
