As a student at Bethel University, I have gained experience in urban schools and suburban schools in various grade levels. As a double major, I have experienced the mainstream classroom and also an English learners classroom in both elementary and high school. I have taught internationally for a month in a school in Maidenhead, England; along with traveling for volunteer work to Honduras. In the summer of 2019, I worked as a Youth Director for kindergarten through fifth graders, planning and organizing lessons and activities six days a week.
