Together with my team we grew as individuals and as a creative lighting studio with a Nordic Calm touch.Responsibilities included:// communications - I was responsible for LDC social media channels and for our internal communications and developing new ways of communicating internally and to our stakeholdergroups.// sales - Growing existing accounts and contacting prospects for future collaborations// CX - Proactively contacted our clients, created new ways for communications and created an atmosphere for open and constructive discussion // collaborations - I actively scouted for new possibilities for different kind of collaborations and started few projects// HR - I created more structure around HR function. Yearly discussion and follow-ups on personal and professional development. Also I was in charge of salary approvals and payments.// office management - I was in charge of everything related to the office ( decor, coffee&snacks, cleaning, maintenance, subrentals, agreements ext.) // finances - I was in charge of monthly invoicing and book keeping regarding those. Also I changed our service provider to more cost efficient, more modern and with better usability. // Developing strategy and processes together with my brilliant team of enlightened minds.During my time at LDC I learned a lot about entrepreneurship and what is needed to run a successful business.

I worked as part of CBRE's workplace consulting and project management team. We analyzed, planned and executed great workplaces and also helped our clients to develop and transform their ways of working.I decided to move towards other challenges and studies so my stay in CBRE was a bit short but I learned a lot and got to work with brilliant real-estate professionals.

Created office culture together with our staff and my colleagues.Developed Solteq office concept and made things happen in different areas. Also worked as an marketing assistant and executive assistant during these years. Handled multiple positions at once and took care of internal communication.I had the pleasure to be a part of the management team during the merger betwee n Solteq and Descom in 2017. I was incharge of communicating necessary information to all employees and creating memos of every meeting during the process.
