Focusing in Uganda, the Her Mighty Hand mission is to connect women subsistence farmers to technology and knowledge which empower them to advance their agricultural business; enabling them to improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and communities.

Jumped into an immersive internship with Hummustown, a non-profit employing Syrian refugees seeking asylum in Rome. I provided deliverables through social media, journalism, graphic design, photography, and videography. I also assisted with food preparation, delivery, and customer service in English, Italian, and Arabic. I developed a keen sense of cultural awareness, empathy, and cross-culture understanding of Middle Eastern culture. Furthermore, I became educated on global refugee migration through personal testimonies, in-class instruction, an EU policy summit, and a substantive final project.

Informing, motivating and inspiring the next generation of leaders who will change the world through leadership and agricultural education. • Represented 760,113 students grades seven-12 in all 50 U.S. States and Puerto Rico • Served on the National FFA Board of Directors approving a multimillion-dollar budget and an in person National FFA Convention with 68,000+ attendees, setting an organizational and strategic plan for the largest student-led youth organization in the nation• Led 56 personal growth and leadership skill building workshops to 2,620 students, and delivered 22 keynote speeches to over 13,770 students• Gave greetings, keynotes, leadership workshops, and emceed ceremonies at six State FFA Conventions which reached over 21,500 students• Created content for national pages including Instagram Reels, IGTV videos, written and graphical posts, blog posts, Facebook Lives, articles, speeches, and leadership workshops • Engaged in 14 National FFA Foundation Stakeholder visits with the White House, U.S. Department of Education, Senate Republicans and Democrat Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, Forestry, American Farm Bureau, BASF, and more• Played a significant role in creating the 60+ hours of stage content for the 94th National FFA Convention and Expo held in Indianapolis, IN, a convention in which 60, 707 people engaged with in person and streamed via RFD-TV• Created and launched #CornClub, a program over 250 State, Region, District, Area, Section, and Chapter Secretaries joined to correspond together

Served as the Arkansas FFA President for over a year through the COVID-19 pandemic and led the first Arkansas FFA Virtual Convention. During my year of service, I:• Traveled over 13,015 miles to speak with 150 FFA chapters across the state• Planned, organized, and executed eight statewide conferences and one virtual state convention• Delivered speeches and workshops on state and national levels• Set strategic vision for the almost 16,000 members of Arkansas FFA• Advocated on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
