I am part of the High Value Donor team at CESVI, where I specifically focus on Foundations and Companies. I am responsible for researching and identifying potential partnerships, developing contacts to propose collaborations on CESVI's development and social projects, and maintaining productive relationships with partners. I also contribute to improving the CRM system, the website, and communication content.

I work with the headquarters on face-to-face activities led in the Canton of Ticino and I support the person in charge of Italian-speaking Switzerland with communication and fundraising activities.

I manage Swiss ShopDonation, a platform - part of an international network - that gives to social causes an opportunity to raise funds by using the affiliation marketing. Shoppers can buy to their favorite shops through ShopDonation, in this way part of money spent is given to social causes.

I take part in coordinating the evening work experience of Digital Coach, YouTube Marketing team, for the activities related to Luca Papa's YouTube channel dedicated to the online business.

I help the coach in charge with the video marketing work experience in the management of the group.

I deal with the video optimization on Youtube for their organic positioning: title & description in SEO mode, definition of tags also with the help of tools such as Ahrefs and Tubebuddy, creation of shortlinks with Bitly, Thumbnail with Canvas, subtitles, cards, final screen. I participate in the analysis of the results and the redefinition of the strategy. I do video editing with Premiere Pro.
