- Delivering HR Projects for PwC clients- In-house cooperation and searching business opportunities across business units- As Project manager supervising PwC Surveys (PayWell as remuneration survey and HR Controlling)- Example of Projects:o Team member at remuneration analysis project in automotive sector (one of “Czech TOP 100”)o HR Interim manager in middle sized retail company (HR audit, HR Strategy and HR operation) o HR Due Diligence project in energetic sector (one of “Czech TOP 100”)

- Responsibility for HR projects in M&A field: in post-aquisiton process (Reorganization and orgchart changes, Consolidation of Remuneration systems, Payroll & HRIS projects, Performance management and KPI´s for board level, Contracts revision etc.)- HR Interim management project for 6 month in large manufacturing company (HR Analysis, strategy, hiring and supervising new HR Director)- HR business partnering for local board level managers - Executive Search board level directors, onboarding service- Leading a team of HR consultants, supervising local HR managers- Managing start-up of two new internal personal agencies (licenses, processes, marketing, contracts, implementation of HRIS, hiring new staff, financial and business plan etc.)

- Responsibility for fulfilling business targets - Hiring, onboarding and developing new recruiters- Communication with VIP clients (advice in recruitment campaigns, labor law related with employment, onboarding process, outplacement projects etc.)- Development and presentation of new product portfolio of company (Pre-screning searches, Executive search, HR audit projects, Outplacement etc.)- Implementing HRIS and setting-up related workflow- Supervising new web site developing and launching
